More and more employers are offering voluntary benefits to their employees. Rounding out the traditional group benefits offerings, voluntary benefits can include things such as personal auto insurance, dental coverage, child care, and more. These benefits give employees access to financial savings they would not otherwise receive and help them better protect themselves and their families. Additionally, voluntary benefits can help employers retain employees.
